**Experienced Patient Care Customer Service Representative – After Hours Call Center (Remote)**

Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families, and we are seeking a talented and compassionate Patient Care Customer Service Representative to join our team. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Patient Care Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) team in Murray, KY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information, and placing orders in a timely manner.
