Together, let's embrace possibilities and change lives! **About arenaflex's Patient Customer Service Department** arenaflex's Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is a dynamic team of passionate customer service professionals who strive to deliver exceptional experiences for patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers. If you're interested in a career where learning, engagement, and purpose come together, then arenaflex is the place for you! **Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Patient Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, healthcare providers, and/or private insurance carriers, providing timely and accurate resolutions to their inquiries and concerns. * Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. * Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach. * Maintaining performance goals and metrics, consistently striving for excellence in customer satisfaction and service delivery. * Becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, embracing ongoing learning and development opportunities. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** To succeed in this role, you will need: * The ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. * Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all interactions and communications. * Excellent organization skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease. * Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, including our proprietary systems and software. * Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency, accurately and efficiently processing patient information. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathize and connect with patients from diverse backgrounds. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Dedicated work-from-home space, ensuring a quiet and distraction-free environment. * Ability to manage time and tasks independently, maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals. * Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus, but not required. **Remote Work Requirements:** * Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second. * No satellite internet. * Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.
