Job Overview In this exciting role as a Performance Analyst at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to provide measurement and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival commerce. As a key member of the DTOA team, you will engage in forecasting, root-cause analysis, processing, quality assurance, and ad-hoc business analysis, as well as providing analytical support to local operations and partners across the division. Key Responsibilities Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and conduct analyses from start to finish Build presentations and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support multiple applications Execute programs critical to the business operation accurately and efficiently, meeting strict timelines Measurement and Analytics In this role, you will leverage multiple reporting systems and databases (such as Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, and Excel) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports. You will also monitor data quality and document accuracy, escalating issues as needed. Collaboration with team members, leaders, and business partners will be essential in responding to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results. Additionally, you will apply innovative analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights, staying up-to-date with the latest data science trends and sharing knowledge and best practices with the team. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical function Familiarity with forecasting, including traditional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques Proactive attention to detail and a strong ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) A desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment Experience with SQL and R or Python Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python Ability to quickly adapt and learn new applications and skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners/clients/team members A graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
