Job Overview In this exciting role as a Performance Analyst, you will provide measurement and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival arenaflex Commerce. Your primary responsibilities will include forecasting, root-cause analysis, processing, quality assurance, and ad-hoc business analysis, as well as providing analytical support to local operations and partners across the division. This includes development, management, measurement, and analytics. As a self-starter, you will be curious, detail-oriented, enthusiastic about data storytelling, able to handle ambiguity, and meet strict timelines. Key Responsibilities Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and conduct analyses from start to finish Build presentations and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support multiple applications Execute programs critical to the business operation accurately and under strict timelines Measurement and Analytics Leverage multiple reporting systems and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports Monitor data quality and document accuracy; improve if needed Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results Apply advanced analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights Stay up-to-date with current data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role Familiarity with forecasting, including traditional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques Proactive interest to understand the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment Experience with SQL and R or Python Preferred Qualifications Nice-to-haves include: Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python Ability to quickly adapt and learn new applications and skills Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
