Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient well-being results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. This role involves remote data entry, patient intervention programs, and collaboration with clinical communities to promote healthcare services and maximize reimbursements. As a representative of blithequark, you will foster strong relationships with stakeholders, provide expert advice, and contribute to the development of pharmacy staff. Key Responsibilities Carry out direct patient care programs, including Drug Treatment Management, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects Drive the execution of strategies and operations to meet business needs and ensure regulatory compliance Implement patient intervention pharmacy programs to optimize financial performance and improve patient health outcomes Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacy staff and field initiatives Conduct data and clinical reviews to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions Review drug records and patient profiles to ensure safe and effective medication treatment Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and stakeholders to address concerns and provide personalized consultations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require: A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related field Current Pharmacist license as conceded by the relevant state licensing authority Experience in inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues Ability to work with confidential information and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders Willingness to work non-standard hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, as required Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience are desirable: Willingness to acquire additional state pharmacy licenses if necessary Knowledge of insurance plans and pharmacy operations Basic level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience with electronic health records and pharmacy management systems Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
