Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our team at arenaflex. As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and performing various administrative tasks. You will work closely with our pharmacists and other team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support. Key Responsibilities Model and convey a unique and outstanding client experience, ensuring that customers are greeted and assisted in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Register sales on assigned sales register, provide customers with considerate, fair, and efficient checkout service, and process voids, returns, and exchanges as needed. Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information and process prescriptions. Engage with customers and patients, answering questions and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Model and offer customer service best practices with all colleagues, including relational habits and arenaflex service values. Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining records, checking in and pricing stock, and performing inventory management activities. Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to arenaflex policies and procedures related to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program. Handle calls that do not require the personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians. Process manual claims for third-party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico). Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions. Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control. PTCB certification (or ability to obtain certification through the designated PTCB training program). Preferred Qualifications At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
