As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dedicated team that shares your passion for making a difference in people's lives. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join our Mobile, AL office on a part-time, weekend schedule. This role offers the flexibility of remote work from home on weekends, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy network, providing exceptional service to our clients, and supporting the needs of our injured workers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network * Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications * Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment in multiple systems * Supporting client needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data * Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems * Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients * Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on topics related to claimant medications * Performing other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * At least 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training * Excellent written grammatical skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as letters and reports * Exceptional understanding of proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills * Ability to edit, grammar, and spelling with precision * Proficiency in the use of computers, multiple software systems, and learning of new programs * Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to handle and manage significant email and phone communications **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Familiarity with the Workers Compensation industry and benefit management * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Work Environment and Culture** As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.
