Job Overview The Pharmacy Resident and Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing data entry tasks, and contributing to the development of community pharmacy practice. This role is an ASHP and APhA accredited post-graduate educational and training experience designed to foster pharmacists with expertise in community pharmacy practice. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care and manage data entry tasks in a fast-paced community pharmacy setting Develop and implement clinical programs and services to improve patient outcomes Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and manage patient health Participate in educational activities, including teaching and precepting pharmacy students Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement programs Manage and analyze data to inform pharmacy practice and improve patient outcomes Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and community organizations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following essential qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a school or college of pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the state of residency within 90 days of the start of the residency program Completion of residency application materials to Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) Participation in and adherence to the rules of the ASHP Resident Matching System Certified Immunizer or ability to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire Preferred Qualifications The following preferred qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in community pharmacy practice or a related field Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience with data management and analysis Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Skills and Competencies The successful candidate must possess the following skills and competencies: Strong clinical knowledge and skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to manage and analyze data Strong organizational and time management skills Career Growth Opportunities arenaflex is committed to providing career growth opportunities and professional development to our employees.
