Job Overview We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician and Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be the front and center of our patient-centric approach, interacting with our customers and developing strong patient relationships. You will be responsible for assisting the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, including the use of pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, and performing other duties as assigned. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. Key Responsibilities Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, including the use of pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical tablets, verifying medication is accurate, and checking for possible interactions Develop strong relationships with patients and customers, providing exceptional customer service and support Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and participating in training and development programs Essential Qualifications Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) Preferred: six months of experience in a retail environment Preferred: previous work experience with arenaflex Preferred: desirable math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications Preferred: good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control Preferred: PTCB certification Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with patients and customers Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues as needed Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
