You'll work closely with our pharmacists and other team members to provide exceptional customer service, manage data entry tasks, and support the medication dispensing process. **Responsibilities** * Perform order entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency * Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure accurate medication dispensing * Provide best-in-class customer service to patients and customers * Triage customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required * Calculate and/or verify correct dosage based on prescriptions * Assist in reviewing narcotic prescriptions in a timely manner * Provide dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items flagged by the computer * Create and maintain accurate customer records * Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **The Team** As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that's dedicated to excellence. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
