As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of healthcare professionals. **Key Responsibilities** As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner * Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support * Following established communication scripts to handle various topics and provide solutions to customers' needs * Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing alternatives to resolve issues * Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide support * Performing data entry and customer service tasks with precision and attention to detail * Navigating online resources efficiently to access information and complete tasks * Working with customers to verify their credentials and facilitate their requests for shifts * Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to cross-train as needed **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 1 year of customer service or customer support experience * 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required * Technical savvy and proficiency in navigating online resources * Previous remote work from home experience a plus * Quick learning skills and the ability to work independently * Accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities * A background check that meets state and federal laws **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Previous experience in a healthcare-related field or industry * Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance * Experience with data entry and customer service software * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Excellent time management and organizational skills **Work Environment and Culture** As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that's committed to excellence.
