Key Responsibilities Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding. Navigate multiple chat channels simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet the needs of our nurses and healthcare facilities. Follow established communication scripts when handling different topics, ensuring that all interactions are consistent and of the highest quality. Essential Qualifications 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, preferably in a call center or office environment. 1 year of previous call center or office background experience, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Technical savvy, with the ability to navigate online platforms and utilize software applications with ease. Previous remote work from home experience is a plus, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Quick learner, able to absorb information and adapt to new processes and systems. Able to type 35 words per minute accurately, demonstrating your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening, ensuring that all interactions are of the highest quality. A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required, demonstrating our commitment to safety and security. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including: Starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hour nights and weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance. Paid training, lasting 3 weeks, from 9:00am-6:00pm (EST), Monday-Friday. Full-time status, working 40 hours per week, with shifts between 8:00am-8:00pm (EST), Monday-Friday, and rotating weekends. Equipment provided, including a laptop or desktop, dual monitors, and a USB headset, ensuring that you have the tools needed to succeed in your role.
