Key Responsibilities Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues, utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation. Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, providing support and recommendations as necessary. Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and providing excellent customer service. High School Graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in oral and written communication skills. Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems. Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Availability to work various shifts, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances. 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Work from Home Requirements To work from home successfully, you will need to meet the following requirements: Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, with a minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps. ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of internet speed required, with a reliable and stable internet connection.
