About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and resolving complex consumer issues. Our comprehensive 5-day paid training program will prepare you for the State Insurance Exam, and we will support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in. Key Responsibilities Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience Be over 18 years of age Ability to type 25 wpm High School Graduate or GED Comfort with desktop computer systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills Availability to work various shifts Ability to use Windows operating systems Organization and work prioritization skills Preferred qualifications include 6 months of Call Center experience.
