Your Responsibilities as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Resolving Complex Customer Issues : You will use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level customer issues in a fast-paced environment. Providing Support to Policy Holders : You will assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns, provide support with policy changes, and offer recommendations to meet their needs. Collaborating with Colleagues : You will work closely with your colleagues to resolve customer issues, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 6 Months Customer Service Experience : A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex customer issues. High School Graduate or GED : A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong foundation in English and mathematics. Comfort with Desktop Computer Systems : You should be comfortable using desktop computer systems, with a strong understanding of Windows operating systems. Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills : You should have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Logical Problem-Solving Skills : You should have strong logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions. Work from Home Requirements To work from home as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will need: Internet Connection Requirements : A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps, with an ISP that has no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of Internet Speed : You will need to provide proof of your internet speed, to ensure that you can maintain a stable and reliable connection.
