Key Responsibilities As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary Working in a collaborative and engaging environment to achieve team goals and objectives Utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns Adhering to company and departmental guidelines and procedures Qualifications We are looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
