You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Your responsibilities will include: * Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues * Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns * Providing support to policy holders with any policy changes requested * Supporting policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary **Qualifications** We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
