We believe in empowering our employees to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals. **Responsibilities** As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * **Resolve Complex Consumer Issues**: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues. * **Assist Policy Holders**: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and assist with policy changes as needed. * **Support Policy Holder Needs**: Offer recommendations and adjust as necessary to meet policy holder needs. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver the best in all that they do.
