Job Description arenaflex is seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our team in Karnataka, India. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You will be working closely with our business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements. Key Responsibilities Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement Audit, track, and maintain the quality metrics of assigned processes Interact with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, or technology) Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards Preferred Qualifications Experience in a similar role or industry (e.g., customer service, operations, or quality assurance) Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada) Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
