As a Procurement Analyst for Coca Cola, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of finished products. This role is all about collaboration, analysis, and strategic decision-making to ensure the continuity of supply and maximize the benefits of the Total Cost of Ownership. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support for Procurement Processes: Provide administrative support for the procurement process across multiple categories, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with company requirements. Negotiation and Reporting: Assist in negotiation processes with suppliers to achieve business objectives and generate necessary reports to track progress and performance. Supplier and Article Management: Manage the process of registering new suppliers and articles, ensuring accurate and timely creation of purchase orders. Platform Content Validation: Validate the content of the procurement platform to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the catalog. Pricing, Costs, and Promotions: Perform price movements, update costs, load commercial agreements, and manage promotions to reflect market dynamics and business strategies. Promotional Actions and Coordination: Analyze inventory levels, competitive landscape, and business performance indicators to propose promotional actions and coordinate with other departments and business units. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of commercial concepts, including rebates and margin calculations. Understanding of statistical principles. Strong analytical capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively across functions, including Operations, Commercial, and Administration. Capacity for agile decision-making. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, experience in procurement or supply chain management, particularly within the beverage or FMCG sector, would be highly advantageous. Familiarity with procurement systems and platforms is also desirable.
