About the Role The Product Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting business decisions, driving product improvement initiatives, and delivering exceptional results across the promotions organization. This position requires a unique blend of analytical skills, marketing acumen, and technical expertise. As a Product Analyst at blithequark, you will work cross-functionally with various teams, including Product, Engineering, and promotion operations, to shape and support product releases and operational processes. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of key initiatives in the advertisements framework development Collect and analyze data to make informed conclusions that shape strategic business decisions Drive yield optimization across blithequark Advertisements offsite network Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and promotion operations to shape and support the improvement of product releases and operational cycles Own the creation and ongoing management of business and framework dashboards Leverage data analysis and learned domain expertise of the advertisements framework to identify and address revenue-generating features and projects Become the primary point of contact for all promotions groups to respond to complex questions that require a comprehensive understanding of the production framework Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A professional education in a relevant field (e.g., Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics) 3+ years of relevant work experience Prior experience with data visualization products (e.g., Scene or equivalent toolsets) Proficiency in SQL and various data query, data presentation, and ETL approaches and technologies (Snowflake, Airflow, Splunk, Scene, Scene Prep, Office 365) Ability to independently take an issue and determine the right steps to structure the question, identify possible courses of inquiry, helpful results, and present distilled results to a range of audiences from junior to C-level executives A solid understanding of marketing and digital advertising A client-first mindset and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience Comfort working in a matrixed organization and with large cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you will ideally have: Experience with Search advertisements and e-commerce execution marketing (e.g., Search promotions (Google, Bing), Social (Meta, Tiktok), Display (DSP, RTB exchanges)) Experience with publisher yield management Past work with engineering teams building auction-based advertisements frameworks Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects, develop your skills in data analysis and interpretation, and collaborate with experienced professionals in the industry.
