About the Role As a Product Analyst II - Fulfillment Analytics, you'll work closely with product managers, product designers, and software engineers to deliver products and services that align with our strategic priorities and achieve product-market fit. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving analytical services, data stewardship, technical requirements, and operations support. Key Responsibilities Analytical Services: Develop an in-depth understanding of the business, processes, services, and operations within your portfolio domain. Collect and organize data to solve problems or answer questions, and partner with product management to share insights that inform product roadmaps. Data Stewardship: Act as a technical data steward for priority data domains, supporting efforts to document data definitions and key business metric calculations. Ensure data governance and accuracy within data domains. Technical Requirements: Collaborate with product managers to identify and document technical specifications for product development. Work with software engineering, data engineering, and architecture to determine how to develop solutions that meet product and customer expectations. Operations Support: Implement maintenance and efficiency procedures, monitor product health and stability, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors. Work with the product team to ensure prioritization and resolution. Essential Responsibilities Embrace curiosity and continuous learning by collecting and organizing data to solve problems or answer questions.
