As a Product Analyst II, you'll partner with product teams to bring product-market viability ideas to life, driving innovation and elevated customer experiences. About the Role As a Product Analyst II - Fulfillment Analytics, you'll work closely with product managers, product designers, and software engineers to deliver products and services that align with our strategic priorities and achieve product-market fit. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving analytical services, data stewardship, technical requirements, and operations support. Key Responsibilities Analytical Services: Develop an in-depth understanding of the business, processes, services, and operations within your portfolio domain. Collect and organize data to solve problems or answer questions, and partner with product management to share insights that inform product roadmaps. Data Stewardship: Act as a technical data steward for priority data domains, supporting efforts to document data definitions and key business metric calculations. Ensure data governance and accuracy within data domains. Technical Requirements: Collaborate with product managers to identify and document technical specifications for product development. Work with software engineering, data engineering, and architecture to determine how to develop solutions that meet product and customer expectations. Operations Support: Implement maintenance and efficiency procedures, monitor product health and stability, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors. Work with the product team to ensure prioritization and resolution. Essential Responsibilities Embrace curiosity and continuous learning by collecting and organizing data to solve problems or answer questions. Effectively communicate data insights to inform product strategy and drive business decisions. Create methodical and systemic guides for appropriate use and transformation of data. Act as a data steward, implementing data governance requirements and monitoring compliance. Perform ad hoc analytics to resolve and inform accurate requirements gathering. Document technical requirements in user story format for data engineering, machine learning engineering, and software engineering teams. Perform quality assurance testing on technical specifications to confirm feature acceptance. Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Product Analyst II - Fulfillment Analytics, you'll need: Experience working with product management, product design, and software engineering in a modern development environment. Understanding of software development lifecycle, Scrum, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of business intelligence tooling and code base analytical tools. Advanced understanding of metrics and monitoring methodologies. Experience in building data requirements, data models, and source to target mappings. Experience as a data steward and executing on data governance requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate and collaborate across technology and business partners. Excellent organizational skills, with strong deductive reasoning and a curious attitude.
