As a Product Manager for Netflix Client Care, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our contact community platform, driving innovation, and enhancing the overall client and agent experience. About the Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our contact community platform, working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data engineering. As a senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our Client Care organization and our members. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the product roadmap for our contact community platform, including new feature adoption, enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools. Collaborate with third-party solution providers, engineering, and data science teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs. Work closely with Client Care functional teams to understand their vision, challenges, and requirements, and develop solutions that meet their needs. Manage the integration and adoption of products, including working with external partners and vendors. Understand regional differences in support expectations and tailor the agent experience accordingly. Expand product management responsibilities to other tools as business needs arise. Embody the unique Netflix culture and values. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of experience in product management for consumer-facing or internal products. The ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment. A deep focus on delivering an exceptional client and agent experience. A proven track record of executing projects that have quantifiably improved client and agent experiences. Organizational leadership and influence without authority. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and create collaborative partnerships across functions. The capacity to motivate, inspire, and lead creators and agents. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will be a plus: Experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, whether third-party or in-house built.
