About the Role The Netflix Product Operations team is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Operations Lead to partner with our cross-functional leadership team to drive the objectives of the Member Experience product domain. This role is a unique opportunity to lead portfolio management efforts, drive cross-functional collaboration, and develop the operating framework for the product domain. As a Product Operations Lead, you will be responsible for: Partnering closely with Product Management and cross-functional leaders to deliver on the objectives of the product domain Leading all operational activities in close coordination with the Product Management Lead Conducting portfolio management activities across a variety of cross-functional projects Leading project and OKR tracking discussions and creating related artifacts Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication across the product domain by designing and facilitating an operating rhythm of meetings and reporting Developing and implementing the operating framework for the product domain, including establishing the proper meeting cadence, responsibilities framework, and stakeholder alignment activities Leading process improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency across product development initiatives Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Deep program management experience in a Product organization, with a proven track record of delivering results Experience overseeing portfolios of projects consisting of 50+ team members, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies Experience with a variety of product development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall Experience standing up new product development and cross-functional processes, with a strong ability to adapt to changing environments Demonstrated ability to build project plans for complex, cross-functional projects, with a strong understanding of project management tools and techniques Experience with projects involving a balanced mix of Data Science, Engineering, Design, and Customer Insights, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with a diverse range of partners Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your concepts and evangelize on their behalf Experience with a variety of project management and product development tools, including JIRA, Asana, and Productboard Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in the entertainment or technology industry, with a strong understanding of the streaming landscape Experience with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) management, with a strong ability to track and measure progress Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with a strong ability to drive data-driven decision-making Strong understanding of customer experience principles, with a strong ability to drive member-centric solutions What We Offer At Netflix, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package and a unique work environment. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary, and you have the flexibility to choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The range for this role is $120,000 - $515,000.
