Key Responsibilities As a Product Principal - Customer Experience at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Delivery and Execution (10%): Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure alignment and scope; review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. Strategy and Planning (60%): Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes; cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs; lead cross-functional discovery with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams; create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams. Team and Stakeholder (30%): Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery; foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments; manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Product Principal - Customer Experience at Blithequark, you'll need: A minimum of 8 years of work experience in product management or a related field. A bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Must be eighteen years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications We'd love to see: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint). Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2+ years of previous leadership experience.
