Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer care to advertisers and business groups, addressing complex issues and providing timely resolutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and product groups, to develop automation strategies and prevent product issues Design and develop tools to facilitate the troubleshooting of customer issues and inquiries, enabling the investigation of standard use cases Work closely with engineering teams on infrastructure launches, updates, and migrations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption Develop a deep understanding of the evolving AI-driven nature of the arenaflex advertising ecosystem and communicate complex technical concepts to internal and external clients Model and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, informing product development and improvement initiatives Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related discipline At least 3 years of experience in coding with a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python), working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, APIs), or performing data analysis and visualization using SQL-like query languages Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in system design/API, programming languages, including data structures and algorithms, and AI fundamentals Familiarity with the arenaflex advertising platform and e-commerce products Understanding of backend system concepts (e.g., caching, memory management), mobile application operating systems, and mobile application data analysis products Ability to investigate and troubleshoot labeling issues on websites using developer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
