We're now seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Worker to join our Wax Team, playing a vital role in creating the wax molds that are the foundation of our precision manufacturing process. About the Role: Production Worker - Wax Team This is a full-time position on the Afternoon shift (Monday to Friday, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM), with training provided on the Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM). As a Production Worker on our Wax Team, you'll be integral to setting up and creating wax molds, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our manufacturing process. You'll work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver cutting-edge aerospace components. Key Responsibilities Assist in the setup and creation of wax molds, ensuring precision and quality in every step. Perform various manufacturing tasks, including Wax Injection, Wax Inspection, Wax Setup (assembly), Core Prep, and operating Aussie Bds, adapting to changing priorities and schedules. Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulations, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any job-related injuries or safety concerns. Participate in EHS training and contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Successfully pass the wax cell training program and vision testing requirements. Perform cell support duties and other tasks as assigned by supervision, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented mindset. Qualifications and Requirements We're looking for individuals with a strong foundation in manufacturing and a willingness to learn and grow. Here are the basic and preferred qualifications for the role: Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available). Residency within a 50-mile radius of Dover, NJ. Ability to lawfully obtain access to export-controlled items. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with highly detailed and repetitive work. Manual dexterity and the ability to perform tasks requiring precision.
