Job Overview In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our property listings, which are essential for our marketing and sales efforts. You will be responsible for entering and maintaining property information into our database, including property descriptions, features, pricing, and availability. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our property listings are up-to-date and reflect the correct property details, pricing, and availability. You will collaborate closely with various teams, such as the marketing and sales departments, to ensure accurate and up-to-date listings on our website, as well as other online platforms. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter property information into our database, ensuring that all listings are up-to-date and reflect the correct property details, pricing, and availability Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to gather necessary information for property listings, ensuring that all listings are accurate and consistent Conduct regular quality checks to maintain data integrity, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies Assist with resolving any data discrepancies or issues, working closely with other teams to ensure that all property listings are accurate and up-to-date Research and collect relevant property information from various sources, staying up-to-date with current market trends and updating property data accordingly Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our property listings and database, providing support and guidance to other teams as needed Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in business or real estate being an advantage. You will also need to have proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in using data entry software and tools is essential, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
