Job Overview The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will play a critical role in our organization by analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. This remote data entry and analysis expert will work closely with our Quality Control team to develop, present, and implement recommendations for novel ideas and initiatives, as well as perform root cause analysis to mitigate the risk of non-compliance through process enhancements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements Assist in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders Help analyze ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project commitments Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding Assist in creating and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and anomalies Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze critical measures of data with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen to, understand, and convey ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations to groups of varying audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Preferred Qualifications Prior internship, capstone projects, and research coursework experience Experience working in a related field, with a strong understanding of data analysis and quality control principles Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and support large business initiatives Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth, development, and continuous learning.
