As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving a culture of excellence, efficiency, and innovation by analyzing data to identify trends and performance metrics that improve our Quality Control division. Your expertise will help us create, present, and implement novel ideas and projects, as well as perform critical analysis to mitigate the risk of resistance through process enhancements. **Key Responsibilities** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data components to identify trends and patterns. * Collaborating with stakeholders to create and present complex data and analysis results to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Exploring and addressing ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and providing insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities. * Presenting findings, trends, and potential suggestions using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding. * Assisting in creating and disseminating specific queries to extract and organize data from various sources, defining the rhythm, and validating the need for data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews and surveys and communicating findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and strategies by monitoring for patterns and errors. * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * Performing other work duties as directed by the Group Leader. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large datasets with precision and care. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to focus on tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with data analysis tools like Alteryx, QuickBase, or Power BI. * Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. * Ability to create engaging presentations using PowerPoint. * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field. * Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. * Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. * Experience with project planning and management. **What We Offer** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $26/hour, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including: * Comprehensive health insurance * Retirement savings plan * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and quality control, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
