Job Summary As a Quality Engineer and Analyst II, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and analyze data to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities Conduct root cause analysis to improve processes in a data-driven manner Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations Build relationships with stakeholders to identify top losses and understand causes Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective implementation Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful deployment of new tools and processes Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business operations and identify opportunities for improvement Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and experimentation Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related discipline. You will also need to have a strong foundation in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Microsoft SQL Server, Informix, and Microsoft PowerApps is highly desirable, as is the ability to create process maps and value stream maps.
