We're now seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team as a Clinic Based ABA Therapist, working with children and families in the Stonecrest, GA area. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home or clinic-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing behavior support and treatment plans established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, using this data to inform treatment plans and make data-driven decisions. Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support plans, and work collaboratively with BCBA supervisors to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy. Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, maintaining professionalism in all aspects of your work. Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality services. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, using this information to inform treatment plans and make data-driven decisions. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification. 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, preferably in ABA therapy or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues. Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time. Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working in ABA therapy or a related field, such as Special Education, Direct Support, or Autism services. Experience using Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plans with youth and families. Previous experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. Strong understanding of ABA principles and teaching procedures. What We Offer Competitive hourly rates starting at $20-$25 per hour, based on experience.
