Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of reliability and quality, making them the go-to choice for millions of customers around the world. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop custom silicon management solutions that meet the highest standards of reliability and quality * Develop and execute plans for reliability and quality, including stress tests and conditions * Lead the development of test plans and procedures to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of reliability and quality * Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability * Drive the development of process streams, judgments, and supplier execution (process Cpk, yield, capacity report, etc.) * Collaborate with suppliers to drive improvement and ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability * Develop and execute plans for capacity and reliability, including corner incline material, Youngster cover/Connection, waveform, electrical inclination, warm effect, lifetime appraisal * Perform yield assessment and relationship examination for all levels of test, including Pareto building, bits of knowledge, etc. * Drive/guide suppliers for improvement relying upon the circumstance **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. electrical engineering, computer science, materials science) * 3+ years of relevant industry experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, or a related field * Experience with JEDEC reliability and quality-related standards, ISO, and the science behind them * Experience with silicon thing level reliability ability and lifetime direct model * Experience with constancy bomb strategies for silicon/packaging advances and bomb frameworks concerning faithful quality * Experience with related information describing hardware courses of action and stuff everlastingly, normal, ESD, Attach and various tests * Experience with supported assessing of supplier objections, materials and cycles * Experience with avowed experience driving suppliers in the space of silicon Fab cycle/packaging/get together, test, consistent steadfastness checking, after creation capacity **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. electrical engineering, computer science, materials science) * 5+ years of relevant industry experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, or a related field * Experience with process streams, judgments, and managing supplier execution (process Cpk, yield, capacity report, etc.) * Experience with preparing of FAI to support the work suppliers are doing before creation stage * Familiarity with travel requirements for this role **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that make a real difference * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training and support **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced reliability engineer looking for a new challenge, then we want to hear from you.
