Maintain updated customer records promptly and accurately, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently, working to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure exceptional customer service delivery, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our service offerings. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in customer service, particularly in a benefits or insurance-related capacity. You will also need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions. As a remote worker, you will need to be comfortable working independently and efficiently in a remote setup, with proficiency in computer systems and software. Essential Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a benefits or insurance-related capacity.
