Job Overview We're excited to offer a remote opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist I - Account Services to join our team. As a remote call center customer account specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, and driving business growth. You'll be part of a customer experience-driven team, earning an hourly rate of $18, with an extra $1.25/hour from 6pm-10pm. Our schedules are dependent on the needs of the business and our customers, and you'll have the opportunity to select from a mix of 8-hour and 10-hour schedules, including holidays and weekends. Key Responsibilities Assess customers' needs, suggesting products and services for their home and business needs Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions/returns Remain current on arenaflex products and services Own the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is exceptional, personalized, and tailored to their needs Who You Are You're a team player who is at ease engaging with customers, capable of filling them with confidence in arenaflex. Essential Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens 1 or more years customer service experience Must live in Phoenix / Tucson or a surrounding community within the state of Arizona Must have high-speed internet connection available in your home Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport by discovering customer needs and problem-solving Ability to learn and apply new procedures Good teamwork and communication skills Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues Must be able to work in a highly structured call center environment Preferred Qualifications Live in Phoenix / Tucson or a surrounding community within the state of Arizona where arenaflex services are available 1+ years' experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role, not specific to just call centers Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus Ability to adapt to constant change What's In It For You?
