About the Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Medicaid Member Support Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles, ensuring that their needs are met with empathy, understanding, and professionalism.
