As a full-time, non-exempt position, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of blithequark's customers in a timely manner. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner * Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations * Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring seamless customer experiences * Identify and report system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our chat platform * Meet or exceed a set minimum number of conversations per hour, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively * Operate within multiple software platforms, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and tools **Education & Skills Required** * Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles, is essential for success in this role * Must have access to high-speed internet, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues * High school diploma or GED is required, but we encourage candidates with higher education or relevant certifications to apply **Work Schedule** Our remote team operates on a flexible schedule, with two options available: Option 1: * Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF) Option 2: * Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF) Please note that your schedule may be subject to change based on department needs. **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles * Ability to work efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding a set minimum number of conversations per hour * Proficiency in multiple software platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds **Skills & Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Strong knowledge of the automobile industry * Ability to work efficiently and effectively * Proficiency in multiple software platforms * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
