Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong communication skills with excellent written English, able to communicate clearly and concisely through chat. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on urgency. Experience in a customer service or support role preferred, although not required. Comfortable using computers and software applications, including chat software, email, and customer relationship management software. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills, able to quickly and accurately identify and resolve customer issues.
