As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for enforcing our server rules, managing user interactions, and creating a welcoming environment for all members. Key Responsibilities Modifying and enforcing the rules of our Discord server to ensure a positive and respectful community experience. Deleting messages that violate server rules, maintaining a clean and appropriate chat environment. Banning or muting users who repeatedly violate server rules, with the goal of educating and reforming behavior rather than simply punishing. Investigating user reports regarding rule violations, taking appropriate action, and documenting incidents for future reference. Collaborating with other moderators and team members to develop and implement community engagement strategies and server improvements. Staying updated on Discord features and best practices for community management to continuously improve our server's functionality and user experience. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age, as this position requires maturity and responsibility.
