Key Responsibilities Modifying and enforcing the rules of the Discord server to ensure a positive and respectful community atmosphere. Deleting messages that violate server rules, including but not limited to spam, harassment, and inappropriate content. Banning or muting users who repeatedly violate server rules, with the goal of maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all members. Investigating user reports regarding rule violations and taking appropriate action based on the server's guidelines and policies. Collaborating with other moderators and team members to develop and implement community engagement strategies and server improvements. Staying up-to-date with the latest Discord features and best practices in community management to continuously improve moderation techniques and server quality. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age or older. Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Have reliable internet access and a suitable device for moderating the Discord server.
