Banning users with multiple and repeat violations of the server's rules, following established protocols and guidelines. Muting users who have violated the rules, as a measure to educate and correct behavior while minimizing disruption to the community. Investigating reports made by users about violations of the server's rules, ensuring thorough and fair assessments. Collaborating with other moderators and team members to develop and implement effective community management strategies. Staying updated on community guidelines, best practices, and platform changes to continuously improve moderation skills and knowledge. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age or older.
