Document and analyze chat support interactions, providing insights and feedback to the team and contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes and services. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will need: Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy, staffing industry, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
