Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional leadership, guidance, and support to your team, while continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of remote chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure that all team members are equipped to provide exceptional customer service. Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and accuracy, providing feedback and coaching to team members as needed. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency, leveraging data and industry trends to inform decision-making. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using this information to drive process enhancements and optimize team performance. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes, fostering a culture of cross-functional teamwork and communication. Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring that all service level agreements are consistently met or exceeded. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, combined with at least 7 years of experience in a customer support role. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity is required, with a proven track record of managing remote teams and driving customer satisfaction. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 7+ years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
