As a Remote CNC Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our clients via phone and email, troubleshooting and resolving CNC-related issues, and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot and resolve CNC-related issues remotely, using your technical expertise and knowledge of CNC machine centers and equipment Provide technical guidance on CNC machine centers and equipment, including Amada, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Doosan, DMG, Kitamura, Fanuc, and related equipment Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications Extensive experience with CNC machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance Strong technical knowledge of CNC machine centers and equipment, including Amada, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Doosan, DMG, Kitamura, Fanuc, and related equipment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and a high degree of self-motivation Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in a remote or call center environment Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems, such as CAD/CAM and CNC programming languages Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and help desk ticketing systems Certifications or training in CNC maintenance, repair, or programming Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and flexibility Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the ongoing development and growth of our employees.
