Job Overview The Remote Contact Center Chat Representative plays a vital role in providing top-notch service to our members through various digital channels, including chat, messaging, email, and phone. As a one-stop shop for member inquiries, you will be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions, and providing support on a wide range of topics, from debit cards and disputes to deposits, transfers, and lending inquiries. Additionally, you will be expected to cross-sell arenaflex products and services, open and close deposit accounts, and maintain a strong working knowledge of our online products and services. A Day in the Life of a Remote Contact Center Chat Representative Efficiently and effectively answer member inquiries, solve problems, and assist with transactions and lending inquiries through digital channels, including email, web and mobile messaging, chat, and text. Provide support to ensure online membership applications are completed and submitted within a timely manner. Effectively discuss members' needs on financial matters through multiple remote technology secured/unsecured access channels. Act as a subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, External Transfers, Online Account Opening, Mobile Banking, Chat, and Text Support. Maintain a strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services. Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position. Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills. Strong problem-solving and member service skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to meet the requirements for our Telecommuting Program, which includes: A dedicated workspace. A secure and strong internet connection. Not being a caretaker for any dependents (adult or child) for the entirety of the scheduled shift.
