Our commitment to faith, diversity, and inclusivity sets us apart, and we're seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **A Day in the Life of a Remote Contact Center Chat Representative** As a Remote Contact Center Chat Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our members through various digital channels, including chat, email, web and mobile messaging, and text. Your day will be filled with: * Efficiently and effectively answering member inquiries, solving problems, and assisting with transactions and lending inquiries through digital channels. * Providing support to ensure online membership applications are completed and submitted within a timely manner. * Effectively discussing member's needs on financial matters through multiple remote technology secured/unsecured access channels. * Acting as a subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, External Transfers, Online Account Opening, Mobile Banking, Chat and Text Support. * Maintaining a strong working knowledge of blithequark's products and services. **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent. * 1 year of experience in a customer service position. * The ability to meet the requirements for our Telecommuting Program (more information below!). * Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills. * Strong problem-solving and member service skills. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT. **Telecommuting Requirements** To ensure a seamless and secure experience, we require: * A dedicated workspace. * Secure and strong internet connection. * Not being a caretaker for any dependents (adult or child) for the entirety of the scheduled shift. * An environment free from loud noises or outside distractions. **Training and Onboarding** The first 60 days of your employment will be spent on-site at our Corporate Campus in Baton Rouge, where you'll receive comprehensive training and onboarding. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a safe and inclusive work environment that values diverse talents and welcomes individuals with unique backgrounds, working styles, and skill sets.
