Job Overview As a Remote Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in serving as a member of our team, participating in monthly virtual calls and meetings, and embodying the company's mission. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of our customers and work closely with them to create personalized itineraries that meet their unique requirements. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, positive attitude, and determination will be essential in delivering surprising and delightful experiences to our clients. Key Responsibilities Exemplify arenaflex's Core Values and Mission Statement to live out our culture and promote a positive work environment Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving Surprise and delight each client by innovating and consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that no client falls through the cracks Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner, applying for payments and sending out payment reminders as directed Manage flight changes and seat assignments, concierge-related details, and other travel arrangements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising clients on what to print and when, to ensure they are well-prepared for their trip Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure exceptional customer support Manage client profiles and bookings, serving as a backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which may occur outside of normal office hours Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools that heighten our remote workplace culture, promoting innovation and excellence in customer support Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be a driven self-starter, positive thinker, proactive, and trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.
