However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it is essential that you have open overall availability. We also offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, providing additional compensation for your hard work and dedication. **Training and Development** When you join blithequark, we invest in your development and success through comprehensive training programs. Our training combines virtual "classroom" and "on-the-job" training, typically lasting 6 weeks but varying in duration. Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm EST, with a lunch break.
