Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy Stay up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, assessing industry trends and maintaining a high level of expertise in your field Collaborate with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations, striving to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality goals Maintain open communication lines with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager, seeking support and guidance as needed Enter information accurately and fully document all client interactions in our proprietary call center database (CSC) Adhere to all schedules and deadlines, including scheduled shifts and special projects, demonstrating punctuality and reliability Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email Essential Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality client service under high volume Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and written communication skills Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations, and advise and counsel them in a quick and efficient manner Must be computer literate and internet savvy, with experience in windows-based applications and client relationship management tools preferred Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 45-55 words per minute Must be flexible and willing to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evening shifts Preferred Qualifications Prior customer service or troubleshooting experience Retail sales experience Call center experience Experience working in a remote or home-based environment Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience Strong technical skills, including proficiency in windows-based applications and client relationship management tools Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
