Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English, mathematics, and problem-solving skills. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a chat or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications.
